3M DP420NS is a toughened, two-part epoxy adhesive specifically formulated for high-performance bonding applications where durability and flexibility are essential. Featuring a 2:1 mix ratio and a 20-minute work life, this epoxy offers ample time for positioning and adjusting materials before it begins to set. With a non-sag formulation, it stays where applied, making it ideal for vertical and overhead applications without the need for clamps or supports.

Once applied, 3M DP420NS sets in approximately 120 minutes, reaching full handling strength, and is fully cured in 24 hours at room temperature. Designed to withstand extreme conditions, this adhesive offers high peel and shear strength and maintains its bond in both high and low temperatures, as well as environments subject to impact and fatigue stresses. The adhesive bonds well to a variety of substrates, including metals, ceramics, wood, glass, composites, and many plastics, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
