Infinity Bond MMA 230-60 HV (High-Viscosity) is a flexible two-part methacrylate structural bonding adhesive designed for the structural bonding of various substrates, including:
- Fiberglass
- Steel
- Aluminum
- Various plastics (that are not low-energy surfaces)
Combined at a ratio of 10:1, MMA 230-60 has a working time of 60 minutes and achieves nearly 90 percent of its ultimate strength in 140 to 180 minutes at room temperature curing.Â
MMA 230-60 provides high-strength and very flexible bonds to the above-referenced surfaces with generally no preparation effort. MMA 230-60 allows for a great deal of movement of the substrates due to CTE (Coefficient of Thermal Expansion) differences.
