Loctite EA E-90FL is a toughened, two-component epoxy adhesive designed for bonding applications that require flexibility and impact resistance. With a 1:1 mix ratio and a 90-minute working life, this medium-viscosity epoxy allows ample time for part adjustments during assembly. Once mixed, it cures at room temperature to form a flexible, gray bond line that resists shock, impact, and a wide range of chemicals and solvents. Loctite EA E-90FL flexible epoxy is ideal for bonding dissimilar materials such as plastic, metal, glass, wood, ceramic, rubber, and masonry. It’s also commonly used in low-stress, high-impact bonding applications, making it suitable for industrial repairs like sealing seams on fiberglass components, bonding rubber hoses to steel tubing, or repairing printed circuit boards. Its excellent electrical insulation properties make it a versatile solution for various industrial tasks.
