Overview of the MMA 300 High-Performance Methacrylate Adhesive

Infinity Bond MMA 300 is a high-strength, fast-curing methyl methacrylate structural adhesive designed for bonding fiberglass, steel, aluminum, and various plastics (excluding low-energy surfaces). It features a 1:1 mix ratio, a 5 to 8-minute working time, and a 10 to 12-minute fixture time. It provides rapid strength development and achieves nearly 90% of its ultimate bond strength in just minutes.

MMA 300 delivers exceptional impact resistance, making it ideal for demanding applications. It withstands extreme temperature fluctuations (thermal cycling) and maintains bond integrity under harsh environmental conditions. Unlike some adhesives, MMA 300 requires minimal surface preparation, making it a preferred choice for manufacturing, product assembly, and industrial repairs.

Note: MMA 300 is also offered in black for production environments where visual contrast is preferred.

Plus vs. Original

MMA 300 Plus is an updated formula of MMA 300 with improved performance. It features nearly identical adhesive properties with a more modern cartridge design. 

The 400 ml cartridge of MMA 300 Plus uses F-system mixing nozzles while the original cartridge uses C-system nozzles.

While we recommend Plus for all new applications, the Original formula remains available for customers already using MMA 300.
