Extra ridged with a higher melting temp makes sure Sun Dog will hold its bond even in extreme temperature conditions. 

* Helpful hint: use an adjustable temperature glue gun in extreme heat to apply Sun Dog at a lower temperature for a faster set time but be sure not to apply below 275F or bond strength may be compromised.
