The 059 bulk hot melt from Warren Adhesives was formulated for freezer grade packaging. It has excellent cold resistance and a low viscosity to prevent stringing in cold application environments. The HM 059 has excellent forgiveness and will remain strong up to -20 F. When running this hot melt at 350 F the open time will be 10-12 seconds and pot life will be in the area of 95 hours.
Because of its aggressive bond, the HM 059 is also very good at bonding coated and recycled surfaces which require a more aggressive bulk hot melt.Â
