Tecbond 425 High Tack Sprayable & Bead Extrusion Hot Melt Glue Slugs

Power Adhesives Tecbond 425 is a polyolefin-based adhesive formulated to deliver consistent, professional reliability in both spray and bead extrusion applications. These hot melt glue slugs are supplied in a 1 3/4" (43mm) format and are engineered to provide the highest initial tack of any spray-grade adhesive in the Tecbond series, making them well suited for bonds exposed to high tension immediately after compression.

Designed primarily for porous substrates, the lower viscosity formulation promotes strong physical bonding on materials such as wood, concrete, fabric, and light gauge metal. Tecbond 425 can be applied as a controlled spray for broad, uniform coverage or as a precise bead for targeted bonding applications. The adhesive cools rapidly to help protect heat-sensitive substrates like foams and expanded polystyrene and is approved to UL 2395 standards for securing thermal insulation in HVAC systems.
